Mammoth Hotspot: Vulcania
We couldn’t wait to check out Vulcania, which is Mammoth’s latest hotspot in the heart of the Village.
Vulcania is the creation of the Voltaggio brothers. Bryan Voltaggio is a Food Network star and James Beard finalist, while Michael Voltagio offers Italian American Samples, with a twist.
We keep returning for the prosciutto di parma appetizer, cacio e peppe pizza and last but not least, their Voltaggi-o take on spaghettios.
They are vegan friendly and can accommodate our furry friends on their patio.
Once the temperatures start to drop outdoors, we recommend reserving a spot in one of their patio igloos for a unique experience!
